Scale Instructions:
Think of feelings that are pleasant (positive) and deactivated (low in energy). e.g. how you might feel after you have successfully completed a challenging task, or when you are enjoying a quiet and safe environment. To measure your experience of pleasant-deactivated feelings over the next 14 days, we will ask you how peaceful and relaxed you felt each day. But, we would also like you to nominate two of your own labels for pleasant-deactivated feelings. Please select/enter your first preferred label for pleasant-deactivated feelings.
